By June, 2027, literacy for All Students will improve, as measured by a 60% Increase, from 0 to 60%, of students scoring 50% 10 of 20 total points) on the school created communication rubric.

Priority 2

• Math/NYC Solves

By June, 2027, mathematics for All Students will improve, as measured by a 10 point increase, from 60 to 70, of percentage of mathematics IEP goals marked as "progress made" or "goal met" on the IEP mathematics progress reports.

Priority 3

• Safe and Inclusive Schools

By June, 2027, safety/belonging for All Students will improve, as measured by a 10% Decrease, in number of level 35 incidents from 70 to 60, per the NYCPS BIP Progress Monitoring Tool.

Priority 4

• College and Career Readiness

By June, 2027, the percentage of students who have completed a Portrait of a Valued Community Member will increase by 15 from 0 to 15 as measured by Portrait of a Valued Community Member tracking form.

Priority 5:

• Attendance/Chronically Present, Every Day Matters

By June, 2027, the Percentage of students who are chronically present for All Students will increase by 2, from 55% to 57%, as measured by the Insight Dashboard chronic absenteeism reports.

• High Quality Inclusive and Accessible Learning for Students with Disabilities

By June, 2027, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for all transition aged students, we will improve the development of transition focused IEPs ensuring they contain all necessary components to meet students aged 14 and above transition needs and wants on an individual basis as described by NYS standards with a 10% Increase, from 40% to 50% compliance, as measured by SPP13 Review Assessment.
